About the event
The emotional impact of losing a loved one continues well beyond the busy Christmas season. Challenging emotions can arise at any moment, not only during significant holidays. Grief can be triggered by the sound of a cherished song or simply the scent of a beloved cologne or favorite food. "Surviving the Holidays" aims to provide the additional support required to manage the tough emotional moments this Valentine's Day.
