Current Series - Acts: Fresh Message

Empowered by the Holy Spirit, the apostles spread the Gospel from Jerusalem throughout the Roman Empire, facing both miracles and persecution along the way. The book chronicles how the message of Jesus spread to the Gentiles, transforming a small group of followers into a global movement and culminating with the message reaching Rome.

Current Series - Full

  • Bountiful: God is the source of all bounty, providing abundant blessings, both material and spiritual. The Bible also encourages believers to be bountiful in their giving,
as a reflection of God's generosity.

  • Fruitful: Spiritual fruitfulness explores the outward evidence of an inward change in a believer's life. The "fruits of the Spirit" listed in Galatians 5, such as love, joy, and peace, are examples of this spiritual fruit.

  • Flavorful: The Bible uses the metaphor of salt to describe the role of Christians in the world. As "the salt of the earth," believers are called to maintain their distinctiveness and moral influence, adding "flavor" or zest to an otherwise "tasteless" world.

  • Helpful: God is the ultimate Helper, providing aid, strength, and guidance to his people. Being helpful is a key biblical trait, with believers encouraged to serve others and "carry one another's burdens" as an example of Christ's love.

  • Graceful: The Bible encourages believers to be gracious and graceful in their speech and actions, reflecting God's character through kindness and generosity.

  • Thankful: Thankfulness is a fundamental practice in the Christian life, flowing from a recognition that all good things are gifts from God. It should be a continuous attitude, practiced "in everything" and "for everything".

  • Worshipful: A "worshipful life" is an all-encompassing devotion to God, who is the only worthy object of worship.
It is a continual heart attitude of reverence and submission.
